After recently purchasing hosting with the intension to upload and install phpBB v3, or WordPress I was unable too, while trying to install the software I was constantly getting the following error message.
503 Service UnavailableThe server is temporarily busy, try again later!

This fix was really simple, just the delete
.htaccess
file from directory your trying to install in.
